When I first saw you my heart shone like the sun
All I could think about was just having fun
We would laugh and play and spend hours on end
So with my heart I would like to send
I want to tell you how much I care
I want to show you that I am there
To support and compliment on everything you do
I just want to say that- I love you.
I want you to feel for me like no other does
I always want to be around you... just because.
My life was always done when I was asleep
But now that I’m awake, with you I will keep
When far and gone is really a test for a heart gone
I know now that when we pass this test- we will belong
Together, as one, for at least a short time, if not forever
I hope you won’t mind being with me, together
I may not be rich or drive you places
